it has formed a South American logistics
business through the combination of its
existing port operations with the barge and
upriver port businesses operated by the Horamar

As another step in the ongoing expansion of
the operated fleet, on July,15 th 2007 the
M/V Estefania H, a 12.000 DWT tanker,
was launched at Baima Shipyard in
China, to be added to the fleet at the
beginning of 2008, after completing all the
remaining work and sea trials. |

LAUNCHED |

| On June 17th the
first Oceangoing Tanker to be operated by the
Company was launched at Zhejiang Jianghai
Shipyard in China. The work on the Malva H will
continue, and in a few weeks she will start her
sea trials. Afterwards she will sail for Buenos
Aires on her maiden voyage. |
